Software Architecture in Practice Track

Call for Contributions

This year’s Software Architecture in Practice track will be a practice focused event inspired by successful practitioner-oriented conferences like SATURN. It will consist of workshops, demonstrations, and presentations based on the speakers’ experiences and practice working as architects. We will be selecting proposals for engaging and experimental sessions oriented towards architects working in the real world.

Proposals are evaluated on these criteria:

• depth of the proposer’s experience
• clarity and practical applicability
• capacity to be engaging and involving
• novelty
• fit with the conference theme

Contributions are presentation-only. There will be no need to submit a paper.

Presenters in the Software Architecture in Practice track will receive about an 80% registration discount for ICSA 2022:

• Non-IEEE members: $240 (down from $1020)
• IEEE members: $200 (down from $850)
