WICSA participant with ECOOP in addition ?

If you want to use the opportunity of colocation with ECOOP, and participate also at the ECOOP conference from Wednesday to Friday, (inlcuding reception on Tuesday evening) you will receive a jointly sponsored reduction at the sum of ECOOP and WICSA of 1000 NOK. For simplicity, the total reduction is taken out of the WICSA fee, and you then have to register separately for the ECOOP conference. This will later be checked with the ECOOP registration list, and in case you have not registered, the difference will be payable at the WICSA conference check-in.

ECOOP participant with WICSA conference in the weekend?

If you are an ECOOP participant, including the ECOOP workshops or tutorials on Monday and Tuesday, and want to use the opportunity of colocation with WICSA, for participation at WICSA on Saturday and/or Sunday only, you will receive a jointly sponsored reduction at the sum of ECOOP and WICSA of 1500 NOK. For simplicity, the total reduction is taken out of the WICSA fee. This includes a copy of the WICSA proceedings and evening arrangements on Saturday and/or Sunday.

If you are an ECOOP participant, and want to use the opportunity of colocation with WICSA, for participation at any of the WICSA Architecture tutorials, you will get a reduced fee, as shown in the table below.

Cancellation

Written cancellation requests faxed or mailed by 1 June 2004 will be accepted subject to a 400 NOK cancellation fee. No cancellations will be accepted after 1 June 2004.

"No shows" are not refundable and are liable for the full registration fee.

Instead of canceling, your registration may be transferred by giving a colleague a written authorization.

The organizers cannot promise to send conference material to those who have paid, but not picked up their material. For those who explicitly request to have the material shipped, we will do our best.
