This year registrations work as follows:
category | advanced ('before the 10th of March') |
late (after the 10th of March) |
---|---|---|
ACM/IEEE members | 750 | 940 |
non-members | 900 | 1125 |
ACM/IEEE student members | 450 | 565 |
students (non-member) | 540 | 675 |
co-located events | 70 | 70 |
All prices are in euros (VAT is included).
Complimentray WiFi will be provided at the conference. You will, however, have to provide your personal data as this is required by Italian law.
A single "co-located events" registration fee (70 euros) covers all co-located events, but the participant must specify the event(s) s/he is willing to attend. This will help us organize the logistics. This means, for example, that an IEEE/ACM member can attend the whole conference (main conference and any co-located event) for 820 euros.
For accepted papers, at least one author must register (and attend to present the work), otherwise the paper will be withdrawn from the proceedings and the digital libraries. A full registration can be associated with at most two papers, while a student registration only covers one paper. As for co-located events, a registration only covers one paper.
There is no lack of excellent hotels near Telecom Italia’s Future Centre, or more in general in Venice. However, we do suggest that you book your hotel as soon as possible to get the best deals.
Registrations will be refunded, with €150,00 cancellation fee, only if a written request to wica16[@]nexave[.]org is received by the 25th of March 2016. No refund will be processed after this date.
