The registration process

Online: Use the link at the bottom of this page to begin online registration. Select from the menu of conference options, enter personal and billing data. Payment by credit card (Visa and MasterCard) only.

IEEE members will be asked for their membership number.
Students must submit a letter from the student's university or department confirming their academic status as a full-time student at the time of registration.
You do not have to register for the conference to attend a tutorial.
We reserve the right to cancel tutorials that do not have enough attendance by 10 February.

Note: Attendees should make their own hotel reservations.

Refund/Change Policy

If you wish to cancel your registration, please email your request to wicsaregistration(AT)kruchten.com. We will refund your payment less an administrative fee of 8% before February 11th, and 30% after that date. Similarly, for major modifications, we will cancel your initial registration as above, and you may then re-register. For simple substitutions or additions, please email us and we will let you know what is possible.
