Cancellation and refund policy
In the case of cancellation before March 3, 2019, we refund 40% of the conference price. Transferring the ticket to another person is free of charge.
Types of Registration
All prices include VAT.
Authors have to register using a non-student ticket by the author registration deadline 07 February 2019 (for conference papers) and by the Early registration deadline 28 February 2019 (for workshop papers). If an author wants to present more than one paper, there is an additional paper publication fee. Otherwise papers will not be published in proceedings and IEEE digital library.Full Conference
Full Package Registration includes all days from Monday to Friday, Welcome Reception, Social Events and Conference Dinner.
