Early registration at a reduced fee
By registering before March 16th, you will be offered Full Package or Customized Registration at a reduced fee.
Types of registration
You can select any of the following ways to register:
- Full Package: you can pay a fixed price and you will have access to all the events at ICSA (including Workshops and Tutorials)
- Customized Registration: you can purchase the Main Conference Fee and you will receive a discount on Workshops and Tutorials. You will pay according to which Workshops and Tutorials are chosen during the registration process.
- Only Workshops and Tutorials: you can purchase only specific Workshops and Tutorials without participating in the Main Conference.
Note on conference VAT
When you select your favorite type of registration, you will be able to choose if you are affiliated to:
- a Swedish organization: in this case, you will have to pay VAT (but it’s possible to deduct it if you report the VAT of your organization).
- an EU organization: in this case, you can avoid to pay VAT, provided that you have the VAT number of the organization.
- a non-EU international organization with a VAT: in this case, you can avoid to pay VAT, provided that you have the VAT number of the organization.
- none of the above: you will have to pay VAT.
Please notice that the VAT for services (for example hotels, etc.) are always included in the final purchase.
Notes on payment methods
* Registration on-site will be available. However, payment will only be possible with credit card.
* From March 16th, payments using the Invoice method will not be available any longer.
